We offer a range of lip products, including lip glosses, high pigmented lip liners, and hydrating lip oils. All our products are cruelty-free and designed to nourish your lips while delivering stunning color and shine.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, all our products are 100% cruelty-free. Lipglossium are working hard to become approved by Cruelty Free International- Leaping Bunny. Most of our products are vegan, but be sure to check the product description for any exceptions.
Do your lip products contain harmful chemicals?
No, all our products are free from parabens, sulfates, and other harmful chemicals. We prioritise safe and high-quality ingredients.
Orders & Shipping
How do i place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay or other supported payment methods.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate international shipping at this time.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Orders are typically processed within up to 1 to 5 working days after they have been placed.
Please note this processing time may be subject to change during peak seasons or due to other exceptional circumstances.
We offer the following shipping rates:
Standard Delivery - £2.95:
- Free on orders over £40.
- Delivery Time: 2 - 3 working days.
- Delivered by Evri or Royal Mail. (Subject to reports of postage delays throughout the United Kingdom).
Express Delivery - £4.95:
- Next working day for orders placed before 3 pm Monday – Thursday (subject to available stock).
- Up to 2 working days for orders placed before 3 pm on a Friday (subject to available stock).
Depending on the customer's postcode, Evri may attempt to deliver on Saturday (please see below for postcodes).

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase.Please contact us via email at contact@lipglossium.co.uk with your order number if you wish to process a return.
Products sealed for health protection or hygienic reasons cannot be returned if unsealed by the consumer after delivery or if inseparably mixed with other items.
Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
In the case of a faulty product, we kindly request that customers provide us with multiple photographs and proof of purchase when raising a query.
This information is essential for a thorough investigation and timely resolution of the matter.If you are dissatisfied with a product and wish to return it, the original product must be sealed and its original packaging.
Proof of purchase will also be required before processing the return.

When will i receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. The refund process may take up to 14 working days. The original shipping costs shall not be refunded.
