Refund & Returns Policy

Lipglossium Limited, a private limited company having its company number 15137604 and registered address at 483 Green Lanes, London N13 4BS (hereinafter also referred to as “company”, “Lipglossium”, “we”, “our” or “us”)  operates www.lipglossium.co.uk (“Website”) and is committed to our Customer (“You” or “Your”) satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request to refund within 30 days of receiving it. Some restrictions may apply.

RETURN

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Initiating a Refund:

Customers seeking a refund must complete the "Contact Us Form" on our website to initiate the return/refund authorisation process. Upon authorisation, customers will receive the return address. Shipping for the return must be paid at the customer's own expense. The return shall be in its original packaging with the order number, and the return label should be affixed to the outside of the package.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Conditions of a Refund:

  1. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  2. Products sealed for health protection or hygienic reasons cannot be returned if unsealed by the consumer after delivery or if inseparably mixed with other items.
  3. Returns are not accepted for sale items, gift cards or any other non-refundable items (mentioned on the website).
  4. The request for a refund shall be made by the person who bought the product.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

In the case of a faulty product, we request that customers furnish a clear photograph of the item and proof of purchase when raising a query. This information is essential for a thorough investigation and timely resolution of the matter.

If a customer is dissatisfied with a product and wishes to return it, the original product and proof of purchase are required before processing the return.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. The refund process may take up to 14 working days. The original shipping costs shall not be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be submitted to contact@lipglossium.co.uk within 24 hours of placing the order. If customers contact us after this specified period, they will be required to wait for their order to be dispatched and follow our standard returns procedure.

The company may cancel an order (in full or partially) for reasons including shortage or unavailability of certain Products or force majeure events. In case the company cancels any order, you will not be charged for such cancellations, and the company will refund you for any payment already made.
