Regardless of the effort we put in to meet all delivery deadlines, we do not warrant the delays may not happen because of road works, accidents on motorways, bad weather or any other force majeure event. However, we will keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.

Depending on the customer's postcode, Evri may attempt to deliver on Saturday (please see below for postcodes).

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within up to 3 to 5 working days after they have been placed. Please note that this processing time may be subject to change during peak seasons or due to other exceptional circumstances.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
All orders will be carefully packaged in a Bubble Mail Envelope for secure transit. Delivery will be facilitated via our trusted carriers, Evri or Royal Mail, ensuring the safe and timely arrival of your items.
The delivery time for your order depends on the shipping method.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we make every effort to provide timely deliveries, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. These factors can include adverse weather conditions or issues with the shipping carrier. It's important to note that a delayed parcel does not entitle the customer to a refund.
Please Note: The express shipping time frames may be extended during Sale periods, over Black Friday and Christmas, or following UK Public holidays. We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly, but high order volumes and increased demand during these peak periods may lead to longer delivery times.
In the event of a shipping delay, we try our best to promptly notify the customer and provide updates on the status of their order. We are committed to resolving any issues related to shipping delays in a timely manner.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
If customers do not receive their order within 30 days of receiving a shipping notification, please contact us. This will allow us to initiate an investigation and work collaboratively to resolve any issues related to the delivery of their order. We regret to inform our valued customers that we are unable to accept responsibility for lost parcels if we are not notified within 30 days of the shipping notification.
